Skyway Communities, LLC is a Charlotte, North Carolina based investment firm focused on investment opportunities in the recreational vehicle (RV) and campground industry that generate long term cash flow and high-level protected returns for all of their investors. Skyway Communities also has offices in Richmond, Virginia and Denver, Colorado.
What We Do
We acquire, develop, enhance, and manage RV resorts and campgrounds across the United States through the infusion of capital and applying our centralized operational expertise in the industry. Our principals have a combined 100+ years of experience creating value for investors in the commercial real estate industry across a diverse number of real estate assets.
